Small Groups. Same Patterns.

Four to six people, eight weeks, all working on the same thing. Lower cost than individual sessions, and something individual sessions cannot give you: hearing someone else describe your exact pattern out loud.

How groups work here

Every group is closed, meaning the same four to six people all eight weeks. No drop-ins, no strangers appearing in week five. Each one starts with an individual intake session with me, which is where we make sure the group is the right fit before you commit.

These are psychoeducational skills groups. Each week is one skill, taught and practiced. It is structured, it moves, and you will not be asked to share more than you want to.

Not the right timing?
